Additional Named Insured (ANI) Insurance Coverage Review Session
The Water Federation, in partnership with RMA Insurance, is pleased to invite all Additional Named Insureds (ANIs) to an upcoming Insurance Coverage Review Session.

Location: Microsoft Teams (Virtual Meeting)
This session is open to all ANIs and will give a clear overview of the insurance coverage offered through the Water Federation’s Insurance Program. It’s designed to help answer common insurance questions and reduce routine inquiries. We encourage all ANIs to join, especially anyone with questions about their coverage.
What to Expect
To support the large number of ANIs across the federation, RMA Insurance has developed an ANI Coverage Guide specifically for ANIs within the Insurance Program.
During this session, RMA representatives will review the guide and explain the key aspects of the four primary coverage areas:
- Liability
- Automobile
- Property
- Crime
The guide has been created to provide clear information on coverage details, examples, limits, and deductibles, helping ANIs better understand the protections available to them and their organizations.

We encourage all participants to review the guide before the session. The guide is intended to serve as a practical reference for common insurance questions and coverage scenarios.
Session Format
This session will focus on reviewing the ANI Coverage Guide and providing information that will help ANIs better understand their insurance coverage. Given the number of participants expected, the presentation will include a brief question and answer period.
Participants who have more complex questions after reviewing the guide are welcome to contact the Federation directly for further assistance.
