The Water Federation Annual General Meeting brings together rural water co-operative board members, operators, managers, and industry partners from across Alberta. This event provides education, networking, and practical learning opportunities focused on improving water co-op governance, operations, and sustainability.
Our tradeshow gives suppliers and service providers the opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers responsible for system operations, capital projects, and purchasing.
Expected Attendance: 60 delegates from 50 Rural Water Co-operatives

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booth or sponsorship.
- Deposit deadline: March 10, 2027
- Final payment deadline: March 17, 2027
- Full payment must be received prior to the event. Unpaid exhibitors or sponsors may be denied access to the tradeshow.
Cancellation Refund Schedule:
- Cancellations received before March 17, 2027 — 75% refund
- Cancellations received March 18–24, 2027 — 50% refund
- Cancellations received after March 24, 2027 — No refund
The Water Federation reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, all fees will be refunded in full.
