2026 Water Federation AGM & Tradeshow
The Water Federation Annual General Meeting brings together rural water co-operative board members, operators, managers, and industry partners from across Alberta. This event provides education, networking, and practical learning opportunities focused on improving water co-op governance, operations, and sustainability.
Our tradeshow gives suppliers and service providers the opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers responsible for system operations, capital projects, and purchasing.
Expected Attendance: 60 delegates from 50 Rural Water Co-operatives

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM — Tradeshow Open (lunch served 12:00 – 1:00 PM)
1:00 – 3:00 PM — Tear-Down

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booth or sponsorship.
- Deposit deadline: March 13, 2026
- Final payment deadline: March 30, 2026
- Full payment must be received prior to the event. Unpaid exhibitors or sponsors may be denied access to the tradeshow.
Cancellation Refund Schedule:
- Cancellations received before March 15, 2026 — 75% refund
- Cancellations received March 15–30, 2026 — 50% refund
- Cancellations received after March 31, 2026 — No refund
The Water Federation reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, all fees will be refunded in full.
